OneBeautyWorld.com matches prices with its online competitors in most cases. However, to receive a price match, you must contact customer care to verify the competitor's current price. We do not price match with auction websites including but not limited to clairhair.com, eBay.com, Amazon.com.

Price Match Policy

1. We only sell new/unopened original merchandise sourced directly from the manufacturer and will only match a competitor’s price if they are authorized retailer of the brand/product, and the product is new and currently in-stock.
2. The competitor price must be in effect at the time of the purchase. Print out/Screen shot the page that has the lower price and send it to our customer care at csa@onebeautyworld.com.
3. We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and shipping cost.
4. We do not match prices on competitors’ clearance, sale or closeout merchandise, special offers, rebates, or deals that involve any kind of loyalty program or membership.
5. We will not honor a price match request without a printed ad or e-mail notification of the lower price by the manufacturer’s authorized retailer.
