FREE/Discount Shipping
Orders that qualify for FREE /Promotional(discounted) Shipping are shipped via Standard Shipping only.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and oversized packages do not qualify for Free/Discount Shipping
Processing Time
In-stock merchandise is processed as quickly as possible. Typically, the processing time is between 1-2 business days. However, due to reasons beyond our control such as vendor shipment delays, it may take longer and we will notify your for such delays. For Wholesale/large orders, it may take 2-7 additional days.
Expedited Shipping
After you have successfully added the desired item(s) to your shopping cart and proceed to the Checkout page. Upon entering your Street Address, State, and Zip Code you will see all available shipping options including Expedited delivery options.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
We use the latest technologies to bring you the tailored-fit shipping costs. We are directly connected to the USPS system to offer the most accurate shipping information. Once you enter your shipping address on the Checkout page, you will be offered the shipping options with cost and estimated delivery in real-time based on the delivery address. Keep in mind, the delivery timeframes provided by USPS are estimates. The only service with a delivery time guarantee is Priority Mail Express, and any other service is subject to unexpected delays
Order Tracking
You may place an order as a guest. We will send you the Order Confirmation, order status, and shipping information to the email address you entered upon checkout. If you have an account with us, you can easily log in to your account and track your orders under the My Orders Section.
International Shipping
Yes, we do ship Internationally. Please proceed to Checkout Page to see if your shipping destination is available in the country list.
While we process International orders similarly, they generally take 10-15 business days to reach the destination. All International P.O Boxes are not considered valid shipping address.
Please be Aware: Item(s) shipped internationally may be subject to additional taxes, customs, and/or import fees. Onebeautyworld.com, its sellers, and affiliates are not and will not be held responsible for any additional cost involved in Shipping or Receiving your item(s), product(s), and packages.
Package Loss/Delay
All orders are made and processed pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Lost packages must be reported within 14 days from the delivery date. If your order is shipped via USPS, you must contact USPS to open a case so the carrier can investigate the loss (USPS Customer Service: 1-800-275-8777). After a resolution has been reached by USPS, we can begin the lost package claim. It may take 1 to 8 business days to process the Lost Package Claims.
International customers have 14 days to report from the shipping date that their tracking details have not been updated. International customers must report any lost packages within 20 days from the delivery date. Please note that OneBeautyWorld.Com or its affiliates are not responsible for any international package that is shipped to the Shipping Companies. Customers must claim their lost package through the carrier they chose.
