Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase at Onebeautyworld.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily assist you with your desired exchange or return. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policies. You may only exchange or return the item(s) which are in New or resaleable condition and meet the following terms:

Eligibility:

  • Item is being returned in its original packaging.
  • The Item(s) is within the Return/Exchange Window, please see below
  • The Item(s) has never been exchanged/returned before or purchased using a valid payment method except for Store Credit.

Please Note: Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Unless the return was a result of a mistake at our end.

All items on Onebeautyworld.com can be exchanged or returned EXCEPT Wigs, all electronic tools/appliances, and Items marked “Sale” and “Final Sale”.

Returns & Exchanges Window

All Returns/Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the Date of Purchase using our Return Authorization System. When you return your purchase by mail and received by us within 21 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund to the same payment method used for purchase. If we receive your item by mail within 22-30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund in the form of an online store credit which can be redeemed at Onebeautyworld.com.

Please allow us 14 working days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email confirmation once your return has been processed. Items purchased will not be returned, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the purchase date. Item(s) shipped to us outside of the return window, not in new or resalable condition, without a receipt, or not purchased at Onebeautyworld.com, may not be credited back or returned to you. Please note, for all purchased item(s) that are successfully delivered we charge a 15% re-stocking fee when requested for exchange.

We actively monitor customer’s return activity, from abuse, and if we notice it is excessive or potentially fraudulent that customer may be notified in writing that they are no longer eligible for any returns with or without a receipt. OneBeautyWorld.com reserves the right to validate and approve, limit and refuse any or all returns on its own discretion.
